Driving Inclusive Practice and Sustainable Impact in Schools
I am Leanne, an experienced Inclusion Lead and qualified SENDCo with over a decade of practice across schools in Birmingham, Solihull and Worcestershire. My professional background includes leadership roles as Designated Safeguarding Lead, Attendance Lead, Thrive Practitioner, Behaviour Lead and Designated Teacher for Looked After Children.
My work is driven by a commitment to improving outcomes for pupils with SEND through direct, school-based support that strengthens whole-school inclusion systems and builds staff capacity. I work collaboratively within settings to embed effective practice and ensure provision is both strategic and sustainable.
